Delete account

How to close your SpinKash account in the app.

Steps

1. 1

   Open Profile

   Tap Profile on the bottom tab bar (last tab).

   Open Delete account

   Under Account, scroll to the last row:

   • Red trash icon
   • Title: Delete account
   • Subtitle: Deactivate and close this account

   Tap that row.

   Read the warning

   Read the Delete account screen, then continue.

   Type DELETE

   In Type DELETE to confirm, enter:

   DELETE

   Case does not matter. The red Deactivate account button stays disabled until this matches.

   Tap Deactivate account

   Tap the red button at the bottom.

   Confirm

   When the alert appears, tap Deactivate. Tap Cancel if you want to keep your account.

7. 7

   You're done

   Wait for the spinner to finish. You will be signed out and taken to the Welcome screen.

Tap back (←) any time before you confirm to cancel.
