You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Each user may hold one account only. Multiple or fraudulent accounts may be suspended and any associated balances forfeited.

• We may delay or decline withdrawals where we suspect fraud, breach of these Terms, or where required by law.

• Collusion, multi-accounting, or money-laundering of any kind.
• Providing false KYC information or impersonating another person.
• Reverse-engineering or attempting to compromise the Service.

Breach may result in suspension, account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to authorities.

Streak bonuses, daily challenges, scratch cards, referral rewards, and VIP perks are subject to specific terms communicated in-app and may be modified or withdrawn at our discretion.

SpinKash is entertainment, not income. Set deposit limits, take cooldowns, or self-exclude at any time from your profile. If gambling is causing harm, please seek support.

Wagers placed and resolved are final. Refunds may be considered only where a clear technical error has occurred, at our sole discretion.

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpinKash and Lavi Tech Limited are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, regulatory reasons, or to protect the integrity of the Service. You may close your account at any time from your profile.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Lagos State.
